Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.

If you are making a payment with another cardholder's credit card, please provide the following documents to the hotel prior to arrival:
1) Authorization form signed by the cardholder
2) Copy of cardholder's credit card (front and back with cardholder's signature)

Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification.

Upon check-in, please pay a deposit to cover incurred charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the property. Please note that the property only accepts a deposit in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

As required by Vietnamese law, guests are required to present the Identification Card / Passport and Birth Certificate (for children) of each person on the group upon check-in.

In the absence of birth certificates for children, Guests and Tour Operator agree that children's ages will be converted according to their height, specifically as follows:

Children under 1 m tall, the equivalent age is under 4 years old
Children under 1.4 m tall, the equivalent age is 4-12 years old
Children aged 1.4 m or more, the equivalent age is over 12 years old

Guests are responsible for self-checking the furniture and room amenities, food / drink in the minibar upon check-in and check-out according to the resort's regulations.

Please note that room rates do not include Vinpearl Land Amusement Park Tickets.

Please inform Vinpearl Discovery 3 Phu Quoc in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
